We ship most orders by FedX Ground. FedX will not deliver to a PO Box. To avoid delays in processing your order, please be sure the ship to address specified when placing your order is not a PO Box. If a PO Box is your only option then we can ship by U.S. Mail please send us an email and we will correct the address on your order.

For all purchases other than PayPal please contact Nu-Teck Sales directly at (281) 357-8355.
*When ordering custom PSI please send an e-mail or call to provide desired PSI. Custom PSI orders may take up to eight weeks to complete manufacturing as this is a special setup outside of standard production process.
Your PayPal receipt is your order final summary page - please print it out for your records.
Currently we do not provide order shipping tracking number information. We are working on an automated system that should be available later this year.

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges apply to destinations within the continental United States.

Shipping charges vary depending upon total weight and final destination as determined by Federal Express.
Supplemental charges if appropriate will be billed with your order.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost...please contact Nu-Teck Sales directly for information.

Return Policy:

ALL returns require an RMA issued by the original Sales Person, Dealer or Distributor. Call NuTeck Sales at (281) 357-8355 DO NOT CALL THE FACTORY!

All RMA returns will be processed within two to four weeks upon receipt of product at the factory.
* *The Installation Tool & Component Parts are not covered by warranty and cannot be returned. No Refunds.

REFUNDS

No Refunds will be processed after thirty days of purchase date. This is the date on the invoice included with your order. Do not loose it! The invoice will be required for all refunds.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping charges are calculated automatically in PayPal for most destinations. We will require an email or written communications for approval of any additional shipping charges if applicable for ALL International Orders prior to shipping. Additional charges if necessary can be processed via PayPal. Any returns are subject to the Return Policy noted above. Shipping will be by the U.S. Postal Service and subject to customs requirements. Typical delivery is between two and three weeks after order has been shipped.
